Welcome! My heart and thoughts go out to the families, towns, cities, and states who have felt the thrust of Mother Nature. It’s like a whirlwind at times. When we think the devastation has subsided enough to begin clean-up and repairs to our hearts and homes, another uncertainty comes storming around the bend. It can be frustrating!!
We work hard to put the pieces back together, yet it is difficult. But among all that difficulty and despair, we see, assist, and support each other. We roll with the tide of what each day gives us. As we participate in our daily lives, we confess our feelings on our faces. Each expression screams what we’re feeling inside and that’s okay. Don’t forget, though, to reflect on what each moment and day provides. Sit back and close your eyes and visualize what it means to wear your feelings and think about what you’re displaying as you do.
Wear a Smile!!
Think about how you wear your feelings. What do you hope people see when they look at you?
